yay! the greenhouse is useable!!

Frantic Gardener on May 7th 2007

Chris finished sorting out the greenhouse, so I moved loads of things there ready to get ready for the great ourdoors [toms for indoors, cucurbits, runner and french beans and sweetcorn] I gave them a good water and some rooster feed.

I also did a fair amount of hoeing in the fruit bed and around the onions in the veg plot, as well as a hand weed of the childrens plot.

i was very greatful for the drenching of rain we had today as well - replenished our waterbuts a bit, and saved me using the watering can.

way-hey to getting the freenhouse going! and we are enjoying hte rain too, our waterbutt was really getting low as we broke the lid so we were losing loads with evapouration and small children being able to dip buckets into it….

    hmmm, maybe there’s a market for a child-proof waterbutt then? ;-)
