well, we’ve done a fair bit of weeding, and got the ground ready for the strawberry plants that arrived. To rainy this weekend, as they would have been very muddied!
I have started the summer grape-vine pruning. its quite diffiuclt as its not really been trained into a system, so am going to softly softly organise it a bit. COncentrating on identifying flowering shoots at the mo!
much potting on has also gone on - but way behind my planting out and seed sowing schedule.
Work is being a nightmare, and sapping much time and energy - so more frantic than usual I think!
I’ve been trying to find your blog for ages and every time I clicked on your link it never worked so just wanted to say sorry it’s taken me so long to come over.
Am very into my gardening now, shall have to take pictures and maybe even start my own blog about it. Might do that tonight.
Really enjoyed reading all you’ve done, very jealous of how pretty your garden is, I have the same kind of space but it’s sooo different!! And dead jealous of the 150 year old grape vine, what a fantastic thing you’ve inherited there!
